Positive: This is a beautiful villa in Spetses. A short walk up a small hill and you arrive to this lovely home, garden and outdoor terraces perfect for morning brunches and afternoon happy hours. Could easily have two families together with upstairs and downstairs having their own bathrooms, kitchenette bedrooms and living areas.

Negative: It is a 100year old villa so don’t expect a ‘modern’ but this is what makes it so beautiful. We loved its lovely charm and the beautiful pieces in the villa💕
